The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the location was central. Breakfast was good.

The place is very clean, nice friendly staff & close to everything so you can walk to restaurants and such. However, please be aware before booking that you will hear music (very loud music) all night, as because it is in a good location lots of bars in the area go on until 4-5am and you can hear music all night.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless, and the welcoming amenities upon arrival were a lovely touch. The breakfast was generous and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. What truly stood out, however, was the warm hospitality of Seang Rotha and Tho Sam. Their genuine smiles, helpfulness, and outstanding service made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

Cambodian friendliness and the help, flexibility and kindness of all the staff to make sure we made the most of our few days in Siem Reap. I want to mention all the staff by name but I cannot remember everyone: Rotha, Dalean, Sophie, Chakriya but also cleaners and restaurant staff. Helpful with tours, directions, pick ups (best scooter drivers!) Great location for walking/tuk-tuk around the city. Lovely hotel, affordable but super clean and spacious rooms.

it was absolutely great and fantastic. the location superbe, everything reachable by walk, shops, restaurants, ankor whatt 20 min by drive. the room was so clean, and the staff was so heartly friendly. Miss Rotha was in everything very helpful, a big thank to her.

Very quiet and private new building. Clean and the staff were amazing. Rotha the receptionist, lead me to the room and explained me everything and gave me any information that I was needing. And her English was good as well.
