The morning receptionists, Roth and Nit, were very friendly, including the afternoon staff Thida and Kakada; as well as Rado and Meas, who managed the reception at night. All were super friendly and helpful and a great asset to the hotel.

The room was spacey and comfortable, with a large bed. The pool in the courtyard is a nice addition, especially after a hot day. Most of the staff speaks good English. The location is very convenient, as there are restaurants, shops, and markets around.

Super location, close to the heart of Siem Reap and handy to restaurants, pub street, etc. Spacious room, quite comfy. Staff were very courteous and helpful.

Had to argue a lot to get the room i haved booked, that was a big disappointment. Had to stay in a other room first night, that they tryed to say was an upgrade, but ot was not. They layed and tryed to give me a cheaper room since i was traveling alone. This was a big disappointment and show you can not trust the hotel, this ruined my hole stay there . But thay fixed it the second day and i got the room i had payed dobbel price fore to have spesific because of balcony and wiew and new year eve.

Spacious room overlooking the pool. Very comfortable bed, and amazing staff. Especially Nit went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. Great service to rent motorbikes straight from the hotel.
