The staff were very attentive and accommodating. We had multiple celebrations and they made these even more special and seemed to revel in our delight. The location was excellent but mostly it was the staff that truly made our stay a memorable experience.

Many resorts across this region are known for the staffs friendliness, welcome and service, but for us nothing has matched the amazing people working at Memoire. Every single person we came across was genuinely friendly and helpful and extremely good at making you feel very special. Whilst it’s hard to pick one person out we must pay special credit to Salin who we got to know well during our stay and who went out of her way to ensure every meal we had was special. Thanks you Salin. We will make time to visit again as soon as we can and highly recommend this report.

Immediately when you arrive you are greeted by the staff and served drinks on arrival. The property is very clean and is very modern. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast menu selection is quite small but the make to order food is very delicious. Property is very close to tourist locations.

We booked on Black Friday sales so we got our room at a fraction of the normal price. Our room had a balcony, sitting area and over looked the absolutely massive pool. Staff were amazing and could not do enough for us. Stand out service by Vin. The hotel was a bit too far to walk to Pub Street but a tuk tuk only cost 3 USD each way. Beware Cambodia mostly uses American dollars. For transport to and from the airport which is quite a distance I can recommend Hing [email protected] Hing can also arrange tours for you to floating village. Cambo Tour’s are also great to go to Wat Thmey ‘killing fields’ in Siem Tesp.

Had a very relaxing and comfortable stay in the hotel. Every staff were extremely helpful,polite and courteous. The spa and massage was heavenly. I want to specially thank the housekeeping staff. Their 'nightly turn down service' is something which I never heard about in any other hotels. ( They clean your rooms in the evening if you go out at night) The pool is huge and you can just approach it from your rooms ( pool side rooms/ with balcony).The pool has an island bar too. The hotel is just 4-5 min.away from the Pub street,Riverside night market and other market places by tuk tuk/ auto rickshaw. Tuk-tuk are always standing right in front of the hotel. You can just hop in or can ask the hotel staff to call for you,price is same.
