A good hotel located about 5 to 6 km before the main town. The food is great, the staff smiling always.

Breakfast at resort was very good. Typical indian vegetarian dishes with breads. Views from rooms were beautiful. Bathroom and shower worked perfectly with hot water. Bed was very comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. Resort location was good. The lobby was a nice area to enjoy the views.

The best thing happened in my trip is choosing snow valley for stay.. i liked everything from the staff behaviour, the facilities, the amenities, the comfort, the cleanliness, the location. Everything was amazing.. i recommend highly. Especially the waiting area near reception till you check in or the lenience they give time for check out was amazing..

Its a good hotel for stay of couple of days. View from the hotel is nice, and the breakfast good. They accepted early check-in which is good. Overall its a great stay.

The room offered was clean and a good view of Shimla. The staff in general was very polite and supportive, especially Navin at the breakfast who served us every morning. He was polite, professional and fast. At the reception Mritula S. supported us to book a Taxi the way we like it to visit Shimla sightseeing. She was very supportive. I will recommend it to other people, friends and Family.

The location was great, about 2km from town, so more peaceful. The view was fabulous from our room and the terrace. The manager Prateek was super helpful recommending places to see, booking taxis and pickups from the town centre, even giving us an itinerary for our next destination Daramshala and Mcleodgang, where Prateek is from.

Great hotel, wonderful staff wow we had a great experience. Next time in Shimla will definitely get back to this hotel. My partner was sick and they took care of him and make sure nothing is missing. Great room service and big room with beautiful view. Recommend for everyone. Thank you for the great stay!

Nice location...away from the mall road hustle bustle as I wanted. Had booked the executive room for comfort and ease...did justice to the same. Both restaurant and room services were very good and timely. Had an elaborate buffet laid out for breakfast and they took personalized care of their guests.
