The property is in a brilliant position, it’s central in the town and bang opposite the historical Sherborne Abbey. We could also bring our dog which was very helpful.

Excellent location. Italian tapas were something unbelievable. All staff very welcoming and kind. One of the owners was serving us on Sunday morning and must say they are running a little gem there.

Fantastic breakfast, cooked perfectly. Theresa was excellent at attending to our needs. Making sure my cup of tea was served with my hot food and not before as requested.

The breakfast was excellent - great variety. The room was a great size, the shower/toilet downstairs is inconvenient but not a major problem (and there is a basin upstairs anyway). Plenty of space for the dog and she was welcomed throughout the hotel. No problem with parking and a fantastic location.

Lovely staff ~ attentive & friendly. Excellent food. Very generous and comfortable room with the added bonus of its own seating area, a larger than average bathroom and a stunning outlook over the Abbey. Really convenient too - plus free parking available nearby.

Location was superb The breakfast was excellent. Dorset Tea is on par with Yorkshire Tea!
