Excellent breakfast in the dining room which has fantastic views of the sea, lovely walk down to Chine and seafront even if a bit of a climb back on the steep path.

everything as expected. We got a small room at the back and it was cold and had a small double bed. But after asking for another room (with twin beds), we wer give a good size room at the seaside front with twin beds and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and nothing was to much trouble.

The breakfast was extensive and generous but a bit machine like. The pool was good for two of us but probably too crowded in the season.

Close to the beach. Nice quiet area. Short walk into town and old shanklin. Lovely heated swimming pool and breakfasts were very good.
