Easy instruction for late check in and friendly staffs when checkout. The room was quite big (bigger than what I expected), simple and clean. Great location. Within 10mins walk to hongdae shopping areas. Around the corners has great foods and quite a few opens 24hours! Close to transport and some traditional markets. About 45mins from airport by taxi, fairly close I will say. If you are looking for a budget stay or an overnight layover with a bit of sightseeing, I will highly recommend Dream House.

The hotel was perfectly located by Hongdae, which is the young going out and shopping area of Seoul. You will find one of Seoul’s main shopping areas (and restaurants) at walking distance. It is a bit further from other attractions, such as Myeondong (30 mins), but this area is less touristy. The room was really clean.

Warm, comfortable, clean. When I asked for the towel to be put somewhere I can reach (as I am quite short), it was done so every day of my stay. Excellent service. Huge rooms.

Dreamhouse is strategically located. It is located near Hongdae but in a more quiet area. Hongdae shopping street is walking distance from the hotel. There are many good restaurants nearbyl. Also, there are two subway stations which are walking distance from the hotel. The facilities are very good and clean. We have a wonderful and comfortable stay. When we go back to Seoul, we will definitely consider this hotel again.

Really neat and tidy inside the room. Front desk staff were all very helpful and super friendly. The bed was really comfortable too and it was nice to have the shower area separated (finally, different from many other hotels / hostels). Walking distance from Hongdae (great area!!).

The bed was the most comfortable and the cleaning staff was flawless I was so happy every time I came Back to my hotel room! The check in and check out is super easy! Love that they have next door a typical Korean restaurant specially when you arrived from a long flight and want something easy to eat but to get in the Korean cuisine! WiFi also super 👌 on point
