The staff was super nice from the. Reception to the cleaners so lovely. It was very clean and the view from the panoramic window was fantastic. Especially at night. There was fresh bottled water every day. The location was also great, it was a 10-15 minute walk to Sendai station and a 5 minute walk to the shopping street. It was just a bit small with 2 large suitcases.But otherwise everything was very good. There were many restaurants within easy reach. We can highly recommend it.

It’s ard 15min walk from sendai JR train station But hotel has good facilities and it’s near to the shopping streets in Sendai!

- Very nice Customer Service, helped me with sending my luggage to next hotel - nice onsen - very good location, close to everywhere - it was my second stay here - nice perfume fragrance in elevators and lobby

Room was a good size, great facilities and excellent service from staff. Pretty close to public transport and restaurants. Short walk from the .Ain train station.
