Great location, everything was close to us, a lot of restaurants,bars and shopping malls nearby. Also really close to Sendai station.

I've stayed in another Koko Hotel before so I knew what to expect. It's a good hotel chain. This hotel is conveniently located close to Sendai Station. My room was comfortable, the amenities on offer were good and the staff were very helpful.

Hotel in a convinient location, close to the Sendai Station with a lot of places with food around. There were a stand with free amenities such as bath salt, face lotion, mouth wash etc. Small but comftable and warm room. Nice and friendly people work there.

The staff were all lovely and helpful. The rooms are good with comfortable beds and a standard bathroom. The area is nice and close to the station and a mall, very convenient

Everything ! Staff was really nice and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. We loved the little dim light, the YouTube and Netflix access on the TV, the large mattress, not too soft, not too hard. We had two windows so the atmosphere of the room was very cocooning.
