Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Close to the railway station on the quieter side of the city centre with good close by convenience store on ground floor. Nice restful background music. Staff were very pleasant. House keeping service was outstanding.

Well located with car parking facility connected to the hotel. Room are reasonable in size and a large onsen (hot bath only) on the top floor.

Breakfasts were amazing, Western and Japanese. Coffee and snack available in fhe afternoon. Staff were welcoming and considerate. Comfortable beds. separate bathroom/toilet with ample hot water. Close to everything, with a 7-11 under the hotel.

Clean, comfortable and had all the things that we needed. Location was convenient and within 5mins walk from the Sendai JR station (East exit). Lots of food and amenities near the area and really great that it also had a convenience store on Level 1 (direct access from the property)

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The lobby area was great and had a whole host of complimentary foods and drinks at different times during our stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel kept our bags for us on the day we checked out so we could go out for the day without bags.

Good location, only 8-10 minutes walk from Sendai Train Station Convenience store on ground floor. Clean and comfortable room. Onsen available for guests on top floor.
