Fantastic hotel at the hearth of old town. Parking was provided just nearby which was amazing considering the location. Staff was super helpful and the breakfast delicious. Will definitely come again.

Excellent, friendly staff. In my opinion, the hotel couldn't be in a better location for the Old Town as everything is in walking distance.

The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the old town. The staff were exceptional , especially Mirnela who was more than happy to cater to our requests for Suhoor during Ramadan, providing an extensive hot buffet which was much more than we expected. The reception staff were very helpful answering our group's questions and giving advice on things to see/do. The rooms were nice and clean too.

Exit fro the hotel front open space is just a foot from the road where electric trams passes through And one cannot see to the sides as the walls block the view. There should be some warning sign for the gist as they are going to out of hotel premes. I would be very happy to go there again but wouldn’t be with children

We loved everything about the hotel. Its proximity to the old town, its boutique feel, the warm welcome from the wonderful staff, the great breakfast. There is just nothing I would fault about Hotel Sana. It comes highly recommended from us and we intend to return to Sarajevo and will for certain be rebooking Hotel Sana when we do.

A really lovely hotel with friendly staff. Modern, comfortable rooms and the best location; very close to everything the old town has to offer. I loved the shower, it was very relaxing and the bathrobe and slippers were an extra luxury. Breakfast choices were very good, it would have been nice if breakfast was available a little earlier as we had to miss one morning for a trip we had booked for 8am - only a small gripe. We would definitely recommend.

Incredible staff that are both friendly and warm-hearted! The location is unbeatable, just a quick stroll across to the vibrant old town Market, which truly is the highlight of this fantastic property.
