On the day I was checking in there was an electricity outage in the area. I received a call in the morning that informed me of such, followed by text messages updating me with the status which I believe was exceptional customer service.

The staff was so friendly. Even though when I arrived, there was no electricity, but information was shared and clearly communicated as to when Eskom would complete repairs. The space is beautiful and clean. I wish there was a dish cloth in the room instead of a sponge. But otherwise I had a fantastic stay.

Liberty at front desk is a lovely welcoming and efficient presence and I love that the hotel has everything a biz traveller needs including an iron and ironing board. And a gym. This is my second visit and I’d return. But. This time however the chronic power failures which meant no fridge or kettle or power to charge laptop in room for more than half of my stay was really challenging. Back up power is needed.

Beautiful place, close to shops for convenience. The apartment was clean and well organised. I loved how tight the security is at the gate, makes you feel safe and secured. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend it to anyone who is thinking of visiting this place.

Thes everything in the room it's like I'm home washing machine stove fridge everything I loved everything thank u Libery for great service I myself work for a very big hot we l group called Citylodge group of hotels I know what is service I'm verry happy really enjoyed my birthday booked 2 rooms 15 march till 17march plz raise salary for Liberty keep him he's good at his job the respect is on another level thank u acher hotel Sunninghill I'll be back soon I've found a place to chill thank u keep it up from Miss Xaba
