NH Aranzazu is our go-to hotel whenever we visit Donosti, which we usually do once or twice a year. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spotless, and the staff is always friendly. It’s an excellent choice if you want to stay in the Antiguo area, just steps away from Ondarreta Beach and Calle Matia.

Excellent hotel for a relaxing weekend in Donostia. Everything was perfect, the rooms and beds very comfortable and very large, beautiful bathroom, and everything meticulously clean. Staff is very helpful, friendly and delightful. Bonus is a hotel's very good restaurant.

Really nice welcome at Reception and my sister said they were all very helpful whenever she needed to use the lift to the car park in her portable mobility scooter. Great location for the beach and also for the nearby park to walk the dogs. Excellent breakfast, really comfortable beds and nice pillows. We also used the hotel’s underground car park overnight - expensive but very handy.

Really appreciated the beds and bowls for our 2 dogs, which was a nice touch (the dogs loved the beds). Comfortable beds, and nice bathroom. Toiletries seemed high standard. A little research showed we were close to some local eateries and bars. Can recommend "Triku Harri" - and they accept dogs too :)

Good hotel, not far from the beach, with many restaurants nearby. You can walk to the old town along a beautiful promenade. Breakfast is good. Parking in the hotel garage is paid. Pets are allowed.

Greeted by friendly polite staff. The room was clean and met our expectations. The location was a five minute walk to the beach and the breakfast had a great choice to suit all.

Spacious quiet room. Clean bathroom with a bath and shower. Comfortable bed. Very dog friendly. Lively bar with lovely staff. Good service in the restaurant. Easy walk to the beach. Nice vibe to the locality.

Clean, comfortable and very dog friendly. Although we couldn’t take the dog in the restaurant we could in the bar, where we were able to enjoy some excellent food and drinks. The room was a good size and the bed really comfortable. Location also excellent with a 5 minute walk to the beach and lovely walk all the way into the old town.

Dog friendly. Comfy beds. Easy street parking out front. Excellent hotel restaurant and bar with amazing tapas ribs. The M tapas bar opposite is also amazing.
