The staff was very good, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The are is nice with cafes and shops. Great value for money.

With its central location, friendly staff and cleanliness. The breakfast can meet all kinds of requests. Even though there was another reservation to check into our room on the day we were leaving, they made an effort to respond to our request to leave 4 hours late and did not ask for additional fees.

Staff were so nice and helpful - the owner is a cheerful, friendly person. Rooms were clean, comfortable and cool. It's easy to catch a Yandex taxi outside the hotel to go to all the wonderful sights in Samarkand.

The room was very big and quite confortable. The owner and staff were very nice and extremely helpful, always trying to make the best for your stay. The room did not have shower gel and there was a malfunction with the hairdryer. However, as soon as it was reported, the staff made both available in the same day. The breakfast room is amazing and the breakfast quite nice and tasty! Also worth to mention the free transfer from the train station to the hotel. Would definetly come back.

The property was in a central location , so easy to go where I wanted to. My room was a good size and spotlessly clean. The dining area was beautiful , and the breakfast was superb. I would definitely go back, I thought it was great value for money.

Good location with several good restaurants nearby. Wonderful friendly helpful staff, always ready to help. Nice rooms, good size and comfortable. A big spread for breakfast!

Very comfortable beds that came handy after a long flight. Big and airy room. One of the highlights was the breakfast room, where you feel like being in a 5 star hotel😉 Very helpful and friendly people too
