Really helpful hosts and staff - very responsive on email / texts, and in person Lots of space in shared sitting room and outdoor areas. Felt like a family home.

Our stay was wonderful! The staff and hosts were so kind and attentive, with a clear love for detail in everything. Everyone was incredibly helpful. The breakfast was fantastic—fresh, delicious, and a perfect start to the day.

Firstly the location is perfect, right in the centre of beautiful Roundstone with wonderful restaurants and bars on either side and across the Road. Added to this, the level of comfort and cleanliness is 5 star. Our room was impeccable, with great quality toiletries. The biscuits supplied are scrumptious. Check in and out was seamless, Jemma sent us all we needed to know plus extra info on the local area. Breakfast is a little feast and sets you up for the day. Staff kind and helpful, thank you to our server at breakfast , (sorry name escapes me) who provided knowledgeable advice on the locality and was so pleasant every morning. It was a joy to stay at Eldons.

Breakfast was great! Lovely selection of fruit,cheese, jams, chutneys, breads and yogurt. Delicious baked ham. Also delicious hot scrambled eggs and bacon. Generous tea and coffee.

Perfect place to stay. The owners of this house are very friendly and always ready to help. Rooms are comfortable and tidy. The hotel offers additional common areas where guests can enjoy themselves and relax. The breakfast menu was amazing. They offer local food and drinks. Location is great. Close to fantastic beaches.

Great location on the main street. Smooth self check in. Comfortable room which was spotlessly clean. Very friendly proprietors who chatted to everyone at breakfast, offering assistance to guests.

We had a fantastic stay in Eldons this week. Jemma and Joe are excellent hosts. Incredibly welcoming and full of great tips for visiting Roundstone. The rooms are nicely upgraded and breakfast is great. We stayed in a garden view room which was spacious and really quiet. Super place to stay. Highly recommend.

We know the location well from previous visits to Roundstone, a lovely seaside village on the west coast of Ireland. The bedroom was very comfortable with a French window opening onto the garden. Tea, coffee and biscuits were provided. The king size bed was very comfortable, there was piping hot water at all times and the shower was very good. The only slight quibble was that there was no hairdryer. I am sure it would have been provided had I asked the proprietor. The breakfast was delicious with a selection of fresh fruit salad, cereals, yogurt, fruit juice, cheese and ham etc. There was also hot food, cooked to order. The proprietors provided a personal service at breakfast time and made us feel very welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eldon’s bed and breakfast and look forward to returning there.
