For arrivals after check-in time there is a supplement of 25/35/50 EUR. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property, night check-in is possible until midnight at the latest.Breakfast will be served in one of the best roasters/bars below our property, Italian breakfast, savory on request. For those who do not have breakfast we offer a free service of tea and biscuits and coffee.Please note that small dogs are only allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs cannot remain alone in the rooms for safety reasons.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Good position near metro and bus, quite and clean zone, restaurant and groceries near. Bad things - The main bed had a mattress that was damaged, it's time was long time gone, I slept in a hole and I broke my back and the pilows were full of lumps. I had a bad experience when I turn on the jacuzzi hot tub - all the bathtub filled up with filthy stinking dirty water and huge chunks of black dirt 🤮 ,my mistake I shouldn't turn on the jacuzzi. Overall it is a clean place perfect for a family vacation. Our rating is 8.

The property was impeccably clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Its central location made it easy to explore, with most major attractions just a short walk away. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful owner (apologies for forgetting the name) who went above and beyond in providing outstanding customer service. He not only gave us a map and guided us to key spots but also recommended fantastic restaurants for dining and drinks. Always available on WhatsApp, he was ready to assist whenever needed. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning to this incredible place!

The room was very clean and the facilities excellent. The Metro was only a short walk away as were some excellent restaurants. The area is safe and welcoming.

Really clean and well presented throughout. The bed was the most comfiest bed. Helpful and friendly staff from arriving to leaving.

The staffs were very welcoming. The suite was big enough for 4 people. The facilities were fabulous and there are many places nearby for good food, amazing pictures and local shops. The beds were very comfortable It felt like home away from home. They gave us a lot of privacy.
