Everything was perfect. Nice compact apartment with all the facilities. The owner went out of her to ensure I was comfortable and ask if I needed anything. Communication was great. Central location in square. There was cakes, fruit, water and local spirit as I entered. Loved it for a solo traveller.

The location was excellent and had amazing cafés on the same street The check in was smooth and our room was extraordinary The host had paid attention to all of our needs, welcoming us with a bottle of their local wine and an olives and cheese platter

Petalo Suites is a beautiful apartment to enjoy the charm of Rethymno. We were warmly welcomed by the staff of Petalo Suites, who left us wine and sweet and savoury snacks for an aperitif, as well as fresh fruit. The room had a lovely little balcony overlooking the most charming street in the centre. Everything was spotless and tastefully decorated. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rethymno! Thank you, Petalo Suites!

Comfortable apartment in the old town of Rethymno. Lovely balcony, good shower and air conditioning. Comfortable mattress and sofa bed. Very responsive host with little luxuries awaiting us on arrival. Beautiful town to wander the old streets and port.

We stayed in the Junior Suite with Old Town View. The mini apartment was very nice and well-kept. Upon arrival we found slices of cake in the room, and in the fridge a small plate with olives and cheese and a bottle of wine. They allowed us to self check in before the scheduled time, which was very kind and helpful. Lots of public parking spaces available at the nearby parking (5 euros per day). If I were to return perhaps I would choose a suite with a panoramic view.
