This property is managed by Row Hosts LLC. We screen our amazing guests, and a security deposit is placed as a hold for incidentals on your card. Once your stay is completed, the hold is removed from your account and the amount is refunded. Our system is integrated with the booking channel system and we utilize Stripe payment processing system. This means booking as usual through the platform on our guests' end. Glorious “Nice house. Plenty of space.”

Breakfast was not an option. The key pad worked fine. However, the house alarm was not disconnected. The alarm company stated they would contact the police department, as per procedure. I explained to the associate that this was a rental. The associate stated the company would be contacted to confirm my reservation. Eventually the rental company called to tell me that the cleaning service did not disconnect the alarm. Pool table was a nice touch.
