The fine print
To reach the property, a compulsory boat transfer needs to be arranged with additional fee at THB 900 net per person per way for join-in speedboat transfer from and to the resort pier. As the resort operates the join-in speedboat transfer with fixed schedule, all boat schedules will need to be reserved at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date due to space limitation, otherwise there will no seat available. Kindly contact the property at least 24 hours prior to arrival date for more details of boat schedule and for transfer arrangement. Any request for the speedboat transfer apart from the resort’s join in speedboat schedule will be charged as private transfer.Please note that the hotel does not accept a third party credit card for any bookings. The name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in.Guests are required to inform the hotel of the exact number of accompanying persons in their party prior to arrival.Please note that the beach at the property is a public beach. Guests should be informed that during public holidays and holiday seasons, the number of visitors can be increased noticeably.Please be informed that the hotel is not permitted to place sun lounger or umbrellas directly on the beach. However, guests can enjoy sun loungers at the pool next to Railay Beach and at The Umbrella Tree Court overlooking Phranang Beach.Join in Krabi Airport van transfer is available at THB 1,177 net per person per way.From May 15th to July 31st, 2025 (inclusive), the hotel will be renovating the Guest Service Office and Lobby Lounge floors. During this time, the reception area for check-in and check-out will be temporarily relocated to the air-conditioned area of Raya Dining restaurant.From May 15th to September 15th, 2025 (inclusive), the hotel will be renovating the kitchen area of the Raya Dining restaurant. Consequently, the restaurant itself will be closed during this period. However, breakfast and afternoon tea will be served at Krua Phranang restaurant as an alternative. From September 22nd to October 2nd, 2025 (inclusive), The Grotto restaurant will undergo roof and restroom renovations, and will be closed during this time.Rates on 31 December include a compulsory New Year's Eve gala dinner for 2 people in one bedroom Pavilions and for 4 people in Two bedroom Pavilions and two bedroom Villas. Extra person will be additionally charged by the hotel for a compulsory New Year's Eve gala dinner.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Incredible location of the hotel, magical views and access to 3 beaches from the hotel. 100% recommend to visit this place to experience the beauty of Krabi. The staff is very friendly and professional, the pick up from the airport was excellent, we have 3 small kids and I was amazed how caring and attentive the staff was during the pick up. The hotel doesn't have kids club, however they have a schedule of very nice activities for kids and adults - cooking classes, crafting and cave climbing. Also staff is very kids oriented, my kids loved cooking class and bookmark making. Food for breakfast has a good selection, Grotto is a bit overrated, but still a nice experience. The restaurant next to the pool and Thai restaurant are also good. Infinity Pool is a very chilled and relaxing place, overall hotel doesn't feel busy even if it's fully booked, and the privacy is great.

I honestly don’t even know where to start with this place. We are well travelled and I can honestly say this place blew me away! The grounds are so amazing, seeing all sorts of different animal, the monkeys around the hotel and on the beach are brilliant. Having Railay beach on your doorstep was so good, we got to experience this before the longtail boats arrive. The service was out of this world. It honestly makes you feel like royalty. We ate dinner in 2 restaurants, it’s pricy compared to some restaurants around the corner but it’s to be expected, plus it’s well worth the money. We didn’t eat in the cave restaurant. You have 2 different beaches at this resort, both all within walking distance through the amazing surroundings of the resort. Watching the sunset is a must. If you want to experience pure luxury this place is a must! The pavilion rooms are so nice, words cannot explain just how perfect this place is.

Very nice swimming pool and access to beaches, however beaches ate crowded with tourists being brought by hundreds of boats

Being up close to the wildlife was the highlight and we loved the beautiful gardens and plants. It was great to see the resort cleaned rubbish off the beaches. The security at the pool were doing a wonderful job and service was fantastic.
