The fine print
Please be informed that this property is located at the Railay East beach where is only accessible by long tail boat. Guests are suggested to check a long tail boat operation time before making a reservation. For the guests that arriving at Krabi Airport are advised to take a taxi or shuttle bus to "Ao Nam Mao Pier" to take a long tail boat to Railay east pier.Please note that a hot water shower is not available for a room with fan (Share bathroom).
Also we have two lovely welcome dogs name "Sri-meuk and Aalto" (French-Bulldog and English-Bulldog)
Please be inform that The property will collect the payment in cash only upon your arrival date. There is no prepayment required from the property.Please note that Guests are required to show a passport for foreigner guest and ID card for Thais guest.

clean and spacious bungalows, silent AC, you can eat directly at the accommodation unit on a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and at much better prices than in the resort, superior quality. famous beaches 15 min walk. I recommend this accommodation

Loved this accommodation, it wasn't spotless clean but definitely wasn't dirty. The owner's dogs are beautiful and so friendly, was such a nice perk. The pool is great to relax in and the views are amazing. The food was tasty too. Although there are quite a few steps , there is a hoist for baggage so you don't need to carry them up. The access to wildlife here is definitely an added bonus, would definitely recommend.

The resort is at the end of East beach up a lot of steps, which we thought might be an issue but for us but it turned out to be ideal.. We realised that a lot of things are reached via East beach - the beautiful Phra nang beach, viewpoint, shops and restaurants, climbing spots and the ferry pier. The resort restaurant was a great hang out spot with a beautiful view and we really enjoyed the restaurant food, eating there a number of times. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We liked our room, it was regularly cleaned and the resort was quiet.

Nice view from the restaurant which was affordable and good. Small pool with too much chlorine (my son got a rash). Pretty basic room, hard bed. Cool concept with the roof top patios. The whole room shakes when the neighbors came home late, I would have preferred a non-shared platform.

- beautiful view from deck so lovely sitting on the deck overlooking the water etc - stayed in basic bungalow & was clean - steps not an issue for me - 10’min walk from main area was fine but be mindful of location - had aircon in basic bungalow which was great

Everything! We had such a great time here. We enjoyed Railay in general, but this property helped us to have an unforgettable experience. We loved the roof terrace of our bungalow, spent a lot of time there enjoying the views and watching the wildlife. We also loved the restaurant for the food and views. The staff was so amazing! I had a birthday during my stay, and they congratulated me and even gave me a beach blanket as a present and a small pie, it was so so sweet! Also, when we reported that the hot water didn't work, it was fixed directly. Everything was clean and comfortable. If we ever go to Railay again, would absolutely stay here one more time. We really felt so cozy and comfortable and welcome here that we wete sad to leave.

I this was our favourite stay of the trip. The location was perfect. The deck chairs on the bungalow roof were a bonus, this has stunning views. Staff were extremely friendly. Room was perfect.
