Beautiful location with stunning views of the surrounding area . Pool side loses the sun at 1pm . Staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

Beautiful location with amazing gardens and pool, the views and sunsets are a perfect way to finish the day. Food was delicious and priced well. Staff are very friendly and helpful, was perfect for a few nights our 5 year old daughter loved it too. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. There was torrential rain during our stay (Nov 24) which did make the hills to our room/the pool a little challenging but that couldn’t be helped. There was a lot of construction work too that we were unaware of but overall it was a lovely stay! The pool and views from it were perfect and the staff couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful especially with helping with luggage and the Tuktuk pickup from the beach.

The bathroom was big, there were a lot of emenities, the room was very big and had a lot of space with a beautiful view over the ocean and mountain.

The noise of the wildlife waking up in the morning was everything! Staff were wonderful and the room was perfect, comfortable beds we slept very well! The view from the pool which is nestled in the jungle mountains looking out on the sea was a highlight!

Railay Phutawan is one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. The locations is perfect – the surrounding area is breathtakingly beautiful, it is calm and quiet, and at the same time is close to some of the best beaches in Thailand. The staff is so friendly, polite, smiling, supportive and always ready to help with anything you need. The facilities are well organized and with a nice atmosphere. The service is on top level and the prices are reasonable. A stay to remember!

The location away from all of the craziness is what makes this place alongside the amazing views of the limestone rocks. The staff were also amazing - couldn’t do enough.

We loved staying here for my 30th birthday! The resort is one of the ones furthest away from the pier, but there is the hotel’s shuttlebus that helps you to get to get back and from the strip. My boyfriend arranged a floating breakfast for my birthday, and the staff were excellent in putting it together. The staff are very accommodating, and always happy to help where needed.
