Great hotel / appointments situated in the heart of the old city, we arrived right in the middle of a festival which happened right outside the door. The apartment was fantastic with its own laundry room 👍. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Thanks for a great stay.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Felt very safe and they couldn’t do enough for you. Booked taxis, helped with airline issues and always there to greet you and answer questions. Delicious breakfasts, comfy beds and super location. Highly recommend!

Great location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast with a lovely selection of fruit and made to order eggs. Comfy lounge area with complementary tea and cake at 4pm. The biggest and comfiest best ever!

Everything! We(2 couples in our 60s) used the hotel four times during our stay in Equador. In between trips to Galapagos, the highlands and Amazonian jungle. Every time it was fantastic.

The staff were wonderful. It was very clean and felt safe as there were political demonstrations in the area when we were there. There was free tea and cakes at tea time. The food was good .
