The hotel’s location was absolutely ideal, offering unparalleled convenience and a breathtaking view of the port. Waking up to such a stunning scene in the morning was a true highlight of the stay. The room itself was cosy and inviting, with a TV that featured an impressive selection of entertainment options, including Apple TV connectivity. This modern touch made relaxing in the evenings particularly enjoyable. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable throughout my stay, which added to the overall convenience, especially for streaming and staying connected. The communication from the hotel was excellent as well. I received detailed check-in instructions and door codes several days before my arrival, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. Another thoughtful touch was the coffee machine in the room, complete with coffee supplies. Being able to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the comfort of my room each morning was a small but much-appreciated luxury.

Perfectly fine - our room was changed without telling us but someone was on the phone sorted and the property is a solid 7/8 out of 10

The room was small, but adequate as we didn't need to spend much time in it. The bed was comfortable. We had a small view across the river which was especially nice at night. They provided a secure place to keep our luggage on the last day so we didn't need to lug it around between check-out time and train time. Staff were always friendly when we happened to cross paths with them.

Good location, just down a small hill to lower QC and a short walk up to the main part of the city. Easy access to room with keypads. Offsite parking was helpful for $20/day. The property suited our needs for the reasonable price we paid.

Great location. Easy walk to upper and lower old Quebec town. Overlooks harbour. Luggage storage. Able to control air conditioning. Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend it.

Good value and great location. All fine, comfortable and clean with a good shower. Didn’t use the roof terrace but it would have been great on the right day. Coffee maker and fridge in room. We were able to leave our luggage before we had access to the room. The codes worked fine which was something that I was concerned about.
