Lovely modern boutique style hotel, very cool design and great feel. Quiet location right near the sea front, nice rooftop terrace and a jacuzzi for a relax. Friendly helpful staff, grateful for an early check in!

nice, spacious and comfortable room. location was also good, short walk to both the locals street where all their restaurants are, and the main street. staff was nice and helpful, breakfast was simple but good.

The staff were brilliant. Everyone seemed happy and amazingly helpful. To the extent that when our wait to be picked up for our day trip was getting a bit long the lovely lady at reception offered to ring the tour operator up and inquire on our behalf. We were also given breakfast boxes for the trip. Really 5* service. The room was big and the bed was super comfortable. There is also plenty of communal space on every floor to lounge and relax. The breakfast is nice as well.

Ideal location a short walk from the dock, and near lots of terrific restaurants and little shops and the Darwin Research Centre too. A more modern hotel than the others we stayed in - I prefer a more historic vibe but our children liked the modern feel. The upstairs terrace was a lovely surprise, walking up to find the area festooned with string lights, and a longer view. Generous size rooms. Santa Cruz was full of fab restaurants but we'd particularly recommend The Point, a short boat taxi ride away, where we sat on the terrace overlooking the sea and ate the most delicious food! Also we loved Sarah Darling's shop on the corner of our street with her joyful paintings available to buy as postcards - you can't miss the shop, the exterior walls are painted and patterned with mosaics and its the prettiest building around!

Absolutely fine hotel. Very nice and engaged staff. Good location, very close to the port but quiet at the same time. The restaurant in the hotel is not fancy, but food was very good. The hotel is maybe a liitle bit simple, but you are coming to Galapagos for watching the nature, not hotel luxury! Anyway, based on my observations in the town, I think this is one of the best hotels in Puerto Ayora.
