This is the second time staying and its been amazing both times will definitely be back for the third time loved the upgraded room to the penthouse what a beautiful apartment also love that its next to the town and station

We were upgraded to the Kensington apartment which is a very nice apartment. Very good location close to the station and plenty of shops & restaurants. A lot of space and the facilities were very good. Clean and tidy. The only issue we had was the apartment or room above. Yes you could hear them walking above which was not too loud but the creaking of the floor or ceiling was very intrusive. Needless to say the people in the room above were late in on the Friday & Saturday night. On the Sunday it was nice and quite we. thought the room was empty but no they were up at 6am on Monday morning.

Got upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment. (It was only me so didn’t need the second room but it was a nice touch.) Very comfortable, clean, quiet and well located close to the station.

The apartments are very well situated in Preston town centre, there is ample parking in a car park across the road, £9 for 24 hours so very reasonable, and a short walk from Preston train station. Access into the building is easy, via a coded key paid and there is a lock box outside the apartment with the key. We have stayed before and know how convenient it is, you are surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. Booking is easy and you get text messages with instructions on how to get in. The apartment is very clean, we had a two bed apartment with a pull out sofa and extra bed linen was left for us. Two spacious bedrooms, with very comfy beds, bedside lights and with small wardrobes and hangers. There is a small kitchen with a fridge and hob, glasses, plates, etc. They provide washing up liquid and loo roll too! We bumped into the cleaner, who was lovely and gave us more loo roll and changed the bin for us, very helpful! They even left a little bottle of milk in the fridge!

The rooms were fantastic with a bathroom per room. The little touches of milk in the fridge helped when needing that morning cuppa.

The apartment was on the ground floor. Good. The atmosphere was cosy. The bed was comfortable and plenty of room around the bed.
