The fine print
As of 1st August 2024,we have commenced repairs and reconstruction on the accommodation block [this was closed since March 2023] that was severely impacted by the Twin Cyclones in March 2023.Our Family Pool and its surrounding areas will be closed for urgent repairs and refurbishment from Monday, October 7th to December 15th, 2024. During this time, the Terrace Pool will remain open, and guests can continue to enjoy a variety of water sports, including kayaking and catamaran rides, by the beach, as well as cabanas by the lagoon. Additionally, our pool bar will be temporarily relocated to Erango Hut.Although we are taking steps to minimize construction noise, some disturbances may still occur. We recognize that this situation is less than ideal and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great place to unwind while on vacation. Great service. Excellent cuisine. a wide selection of breakfast alternatives. Kayaking, sailing, and swimming pools were fantastic. It was a great New Year's Eve dinner complete with live cooking, music, fireworks, and a fire show. Regards

THANK YOU VERY MUCH to Mayank Kothari- Front Office Manager, he was amazing since the moment I met him at the reception: extremely kind, friendly, helpful and very professional. He assisted me throw out my stay in the hotel and made my jorney with Holliday Inn wonderful. He was always approachable, easy to communicate and always always attentive to the details. I wish all staff in other hotels were like him! I work in the customer service as well and it is such a pleasure to meet people who truly care about their job and do all they can to make their clients very happy and satisfied! Another BIG THANK YOU to Rashmi- amazing and super professional General Manager. Truly great job done, for the organisation and coordination of everything. It was truly unbelievable and wonderful job! Thank you so much for amazing job! I felt very comfortable and taken care by you and other team of the hotel! It is very rare to meet such an amazing stuff!

The AC in the room suddenly did not work, and the staff was very hands-on to offer me a new room for the night and eventually upgraded me the next day.
