The fine print
- Complimentary Airport Pick up with the arrival stay or Drop with the departure stay.
- Extra person with bedding at INR 600/- per day including Breakfast.
- No charges applicable for children below 06 years of age with no breakfast as well as no extra bedding.
- Maximum 4 persons will be allowed in Suite room and only one double size extra mattress will be provided in Suite room.
- Maximum 3 persons will be allowed in Deluxe room and only one single size extra mattress will be provided in Deluxe room.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Our host Raj helped us navigate our time in Port Blair. He acted as driver, helped us book our ferry trip and gave good recommendations. The room had a large living area and generous bedroom. Breakfast was good and served to our room. Air conditioning worked well. This is a great place for people looking to spend time exploring Port Blair. The value for money is exceptional for "western" travellers, but it is not a place where you're going to hang out during the day. More of an eat and sleep experience. But Raj can keep you busy and is a very knowledgeable guide.

The property is within walking distance of the main jetty, the small town and cellular jail. The host is wonderful - so helpful and knowledgeable about the islands. He was able to help me plan my days travelling the islands and is also available for pick and drop off too.
