A lovely hotel in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the lake and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice too.

This is the second time I booked here for my stay and as usual Miss Smarika and Miss Poonam were very helpful on the reception.Love the comfy rooms and the food.The staff are very attentive towards their guest.Highly recommended for traveller's planning to stay in pokhara.Excellent Hospitality!!

Every staff is really nice and helpful (Ashmita is very helpful, she guided us well and also all the staff), I was having headache at 9 am they immediately sent medicine, location of the hotel is also best, but Sujal who is the receptionist. Don't give him your number. He harasses you by sending SMS.

Comfortable stay with good environment. Best location 2 minutes walk to lake side with one of the best part of this hotel. You can get any service if you ask in front decks it's 24/7 operating.
