Since there was a delay in getting my room, they upgraded me to a suite with an amazing view. The staff are very friendly and helpful , the breakfast is delicious, and the location is perfect, right on the Lake , also for people going on treks they can store your luggage which is really nice,

Firstly, the staff were amazing!! Extremely helpful and friendly. Easily booked any external devices we needed. Situated beautifully by the lake with direct access, with shops right outside the gate. Room was clean and very comfortable. Food was wonderful. Thank you Krishna (food & beverages) for your above and beyond attention. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was included and offered good options. Location was fantastic, easy to reach from the airport. Fewa Lake was right in front of the hotel and great for walking lakeside, boating and simply enjoying the view! Loved the on premise restaurant "The Grounds" where we ate most of our meals, delicious food, live music and fabulous views. Restaurant Manager Krishna was very helpful and took good care of us. Front Desk Manager, Rozeena was amazing. She went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our upgraded suite rooms. She also arranged hotel vehicles for sightseeing and airport drop off. Mr. Krishna, Operations Manager made us feel very welcome and the staff at property was friendly and professional. Special shout out to Shreya the masseur at the on premises Spa, she was experienced.

staffs were very attentive (reception and restaurant). Room was nice and clean with hot shower. Near to the beautiful lake and hotel is located slightly away from the main street so it was peaceful.

Location is great with a great view of the lake, pool & garden etc. Staff exceptionally helpful & pleasant organising days out and anything you need. Room very clean and breakfast & food excellent. Exceeded my expectations, would definitely recommend & come back again.

The property itself is amazing it’s so clean and fresh the facilities are second to none. The staff are all warm friendly and helpful. The swimming pool although it’s not heated it’s great. The onsite restaurant is wonderful with great food choices and amazing staff.

Great location stunning view of the lake. Restaurant serving great breakfast . Etc Nice bar friendly staff . . Swimming pool everything at your fingertips . Krishan. Restaurant manager giving welcome warm greeting every morning with a smile . All staff very friendly helpful . Rooms are cleaned and immaculate. Daily nice garden to walk good ambiance . I would come back again . Awesome place. . Coffee shop the grounds serves lovely coffee etc

It's Location being near to Fewa lake and main lake market area. Kitchen, bar and pool areas are really nice. Mini freezer with drinks.

Great location, convenient place. Just by the Fewa lake, you can observe beautiful views of the nature. Very nice and delicious buffet breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful.
