Our breakfast was included, and we always had plenty of foods to choose from. They were also tasty, overall i think it is a great breakfast for the price. The rooms and the bathroom were clean, and nice. Ana our host was also very nice and helpful, she recommended many interesting things to do nearby. All in all I definetly recommend this place if you look to stay near the Plitvice Lakes in Croatia.

Stayed 1 night to visit plitvice lakes. Checked in at 15:30 and was at the Upper lakes entrance 2 for 16:30. Good time to go to lakes as crowds have reduced and temperature had cooled down. Did route E in 2 hours, and back to hotel for 20:00. We used the restaurant (18:00-22:00), menu is simple but food was very good and reasonably priced. The hotel is in a good location, only a few km from plitvice lakes in a nice quiet pretty village. The apartment was well equipped, very clean, good A/C in lounge area only, well furnished, comfy beds, nice bathroom, very quiet etc. Some of the roads leading to the hotel are single track and one road has a wooden bridge to cross by car. We chose a different route the second time. Watch out for the local lorry drivers that hog the road, as got run off the road by one going to the hotel. Think they are busy delivering materials for some building works nearby. Breakfast (07:00-10:00) was continental buffet style with ham, cheese, pastry, yoghurts , juice etc.. additional french toast and pancakes cooked by the family who runs the place. Lovely breakfast. Did the lower lake's in the morning, had an early breakfast and got to the lower lakes entrance 1 for around 08:00, did route B in 3 hours.

The location is a few kilometres from the entrance 1 of Plitvicka lakes. The room is completely renovated and very clean. The host was nice. We were also very grateful that we could buy a good dinner at the place, as there are not many restaurants in the area.
