I want to extend my thanks for the comfortable stay during my recent visit. The accommodation provided was incredibly cozy, and I especially valued the warm hospitality of the property owner. Their quick and attentive responses to any questions or issues significantly enhanced my overall experience. Moreover, the close proximity to the main attarctions extremely convenient and efficient. Absolutely amazing guest house, with all you may dream of! Close to the Pisa tower, as well as close to the train station, if you go further to Florence, for example. Supermarket is right nearby. Cafe with good pizza is also close. Personal greeted me very warm, and provided water and some snacks; coffee and everything else is available on a shared kitchen.

Very good location, just a few minute walk from the tower. We also found a public parking on the street. Cute, but not very quiet since it's on a very busy street. But perfect for a short stay. We could also use a common kitchen in the house.

My stay at Magnolia Comfort & Rooms was exceptional! The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly. The location was perfect—close to key attractions. I would highly recommend.

Location great for the Leaning Tower of Pisa and atmospheric restaurants. Bedroom spacious with easy access to a well stocked kitchen.
