It had 2 bedrooms, which we needed but the unit was very basic for what we paid. However it was comfortable and clean.

Just loved the Pool area they are big and having the 3 to choose from was fantastic. also handy having the cafe on site for a feed and drinks.

I travelled to Perth for personal reasons. Karrinyup Water Resort was chosen due to its location for what I want. I was pleasantly surprised by it all.

Had so many things for the kids to do. Easy location for holiday with the kids. Pool was great kids loved it and different playgrounds in the park kept them entertained for hours.

Location .The unit was clean ,close to the Cafe. Grandson loved the playgrounds and the ducks and swans .

Perfect spot to chill with friends and let kids be kids! The loved the pool, the freedom to bike to a few different parks.

We liked the pool area and the big spa that was easily accessible. The grounds were nice to walk around and was a lovely nighttime stroll to the playgrounds and lake. The facilities looked well maintained. Cafe was great and the playground outside it was fabulous. It is good that you can visit this area without having to stay. Our cabin had 2 car bays which was a nice surprise. People were generally quiet and thoughful.
