It’s clean with daily housekeeping, it’s quiet being outside Patong area, it has a nearby convenient store and a restaurant across the road near the beach. 4 out of 5 rooms have a small balcony with an outdoor jacuzzi with an ensuite bathroom with an indoor jacuzzi. Big area for very big groups to stay at. The lift basically bring us from the parking to our own floor with no one else staying on the same floor.
