Perfect location close to the centre but still in a quiet area. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Staff were excellent and sorted any issues straight away. Check in and check out straight forward and hotel arranged taxis to and from airport.

The staff we amazing, so attentive and really happy to help. The location was good, it was a 15 minute walk from the beach and a little removed from the hustle and bustle of Bangalor Road

Rooms are nice and clean, very modern. Bathroom is large with spacious shower, the water pressure is very good. We did not really use the swimming pool, but it looks nice as it goes all around the 3rd floor. Water is not very warm though :) but it is refreshing :)) The breakfast is good, after 6 days we did not feel like its repeating, omlettes were the best. The hotel has a good and vibrant vibe, and it makes you feel good. Hotel is near market, boxing stadium and JungCeylon shopping mall. There is a plenty of massage places around the hotel, which we visited a lot :) And room service - the food is amazing and has a decent price. The staff is amazing, everybody is smiling all the time and the whole team makes you feel good. Hotel has a covered parking, which is a plus.

Tong who worked in the Restaurant and on Level 3 near the pool. He was always so friendly and kind. He would always say hello, laugh with us and remembered our orders. 5 Stars to Tong Gym was well equipped. We were not put in the rooms we’d booked however after raising my concern, we were changed to the correct room the next day.

i liked the room as it was clean and spacious. pool was good enough as it was small and lack lightening and location of hotel was good.
