Likes: Excellent accommodation and location was ideal; close to Metro, the Louvre, shops, cafes, etc. On the last night, the wifi, satellite tv stopped working. It wasn’t a big issue as we didn’t rely on it, as we had our own mobile data.

The studio was really very nice: well equipped, well furnished, with a lot of space. It was also quite clean. The staff was easy to reach by phone and reactive. There are many restaurants around in one of the best areas in Paris.

Everything is on QR codes and the instructions mixed up things like go left versus right. This causes confusion. The team is semi responsive over WhatsApp.

We loved how homely it felt and how well layed out everything was. It was super handy having a washing machine and a kitchenette with a dishwasher. The bed was also super comfy for my wife and I, which was definitely a bonus. We also loved how easy it was to access each door with the QR code key (one of the best key systems we've ever encountered). It was also great being walking distance to all of the main attractions and some of the best restaurants, cafes, and wine bars around.

This apartment has been the highlight of our Europe adventure to date. It was a beautiful, clean, big with masterful decor. The beds were very comfortable including the sofa bed which was all set up when pulled out. The shower in particular was wonderful. Excellent size for our family to enjoy and so close to everything you need, restaurants, train station and attractions. Check-in process was stress free and the managers communication was excellent.
