We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was new, beautiful and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom huge and clean. Room was also quiet because its like separate houses. Small things which we didnt like that much: the door was not really well isolated so it got hot in the room very quickly so we had to leave the aircon on the the time which was quite noisy (we only found out at the end that there is a silent mode). We didnt now that we need to hang out a sign if we want our room to be cleaned. We also booked some tour trough the hotel which was convinient. Ther was also free breakfast and free cookies. The resort has its own little beach with sunbeds, little walk on the beach there is also a nice beachbar. Cenang beach is also not too far,however its not possible to walk on the beach but on the street. Plenty of Restaurants close to the resort.

On arrival we were warmly welcomed by the check in staff. After checking the staff walked us to our room and gave us a complete introduction to the room and the working of light switches, AC, shower etc. Something that you don't normally get, but we found very helpful. Having travelled through South East Asia, each hotel has their own nuances, these little tips can be helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and serviced to a high standard each day. There was some noise from a building site next door, however, the hotel warned us of this upon booking. We did not find the noise excessive or a disruption to our stay. Restaurants and the main shopping precinct is close by. The beach at the back of the resort is very disappointing, but that is not the resorts fault, but worth noting if you are looking at staying and having an enjoyable beach experience. If you are looking for clean, comfortable and inexpensive accommodation this is a good choice.

We stayed for the whole week and it did not disappoint. Very aestethically pleasing room and the whole property, really. We also appreciated free bottled water and toast in the morning, even though there was no official breakfast. Everything was clean and nice and the staff was very acommodating. As we walked around the town we could not imagine staying anywhere else. The place is right on the beach, the part that is very calm and private, you practically do not have to worry about your stuff going missing.

All the staff, especially the lady at reception who is exceptionally friendly, helpful and considerate. Although they don't serve breakfast, they provide guests with free coffee, tea, cookies, bread jam and butter, mugs , spoons, etc. in a very organised congenial area. The garden is well tended and pleasant to look at.

Amazing staff (super helpful and friendly), but the walls of the rooms are way too thin… could hear our neighbors sneezing, coughing and changing the settings of the AC
