Warm and welcoming. Very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was excellent. The property the clean and tidy. Very close to the sea, a nice touch also was the binoculars in the lounge. A bonus was the free parking. I would definitely recommend the bed and breakfast hotel and would book again.

The host was pleasant and tried to help us. Although the earliest breakfast is 9am, the host allowed us to have it at 8:45. We had to be elsewhere shortly after 9am. The Tap water was 'soft' and once heated up, it provided a pleasant shower. The water pressure wasn't great. Great mirror and lighting for a wet shave at the sink.

Very convenient location with sea views. Excellent breakfast and very friendly and helpful service from Igor. Well equipped rooms with mini fridge , supplementary heating , daily clean if requested. Free parking very helpful. Great location for access to Dartmouth, Brixham, Torquay and the superb National Trust properties at Greenway and Coleton Fishacre.
