The hotel is conveniently close to everything. I love the breakfast buffet, specially the fresh fruit juice. The hotel is nice, room is standard japan hotel size. Staff is easy to talk to and very accommodating. It’s also kids friendly.

The location is excellent; for that reason, I will stay here again. It's close to the subway station and many shops and restaurants. The breakfast had a good variety and well prepared.

I like that breakfast is included, no need to worry about getting out even though Lawsons was just beside the building. The food is great, the room is small but it isn't an issue since we are barely in the room since we are out until almost evening time. I liked that they have umbrellas by the lobby to lend so we didnt have to buy one anymore. The location is superb because it is really within a few minutes away from the shopping district Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori.

2 bed for us very small and The bed looks old, the foam is thin and sagging, and it is uncomfortable to sleep on.

Lobby is really comfortable. It makes the difference. After this hotel I kept travelling through the country staying at similar hotels and they did not have this kind of lobby and I really missed it. And I could open the window, which is prohibited in another hotels. Excellent experience!

Staff was so nice and helpful! They helped me send my luggage to the next hotel with takkyubin service. Also, breakfast is delicious and has quite a variety of things. The area is really near from Dotonburi, so great location.

Absolutely fantastic location - close to subway, restaurants and entertainment. Comfortable and clean, friendly staff and the delicious breakfast was a bonus!
