Friendly staff, clean rooms, felt like a really luxurious hotel! I can’t fault anything though the only thing is I’d suggest putting a glass panel in the shower to stop the bathroom getting really wet :)

The rooms were very clean and cozy, and the service was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Although we didn’t have any meals there, we were allowed to use the rooftop restaurant to enjoy our own food. At one point, the electricity went out, but the issue was resolved quickly within five minutes. Since it can get quite cold in the highlands, we were really grateful when the staff provided us with a heater to warm up the rooms. We had a pleasant stay and would gladly return anytime!

Stay was very good. We changed to this hotel from another hotel and here it was much cheaper and better facilities. They provided a radiator in the room without any charge. Despite the cold temperatures, the room was very cozy and comfortable. Clean, spacious and well kept as well. WiFi had some issues but we had data so it was not an issue for us. Location is not bad considering for basic things like convenient stores and restaurants were located within 5-10 minutes walk. Staff were helpful as well, and provided assistance promptly when requested.

We liked everything about Queens Mount Glen Heights! From the moment we crossed the threshold until we left, only positive emotions. Very attentive and sensitive staff, guys - thank you very much! There was not a single unresolved issue. Bravo! The location is excellent, the room is very cozy with a beautiful view, you can feel the care for the guests in every detail. Insanely comfortable bed with snow-white linen. We managed to get a good night's sleep. Including because it is very quiet around. Convenient, modern bathroom. The water pressure is excellent, including hot water. No comments at all! There is only one wish: do not lower the bar, keep it up! If we manage to come back, then only to you. Thank you for your hospitality!

I took a family room. It's big enough for my 4 person family. Room is very clean. Staff are super friendly. I love to stay here. Only thing that can be better is when I pay with my card the charge 2% extra as bank fee. That can be consider.
