The hotel is on the on the city border, with a very nice view over the city. It is quite new, having a parking big enough for the guests. The staff was very nice and polite. The rooms are clean and big enough. The breakfast is basic but it has a nice mixture of cold and cooked food (e.g. omelette). There is no restaurant available for lunch/dinner (only bar), but you can order via different suppliers (e.g. Glo**). if you do not have the possibility they offer to do this for you.

We had lots of space for a familly with 2 kids, the mini kitchen was a bonus on the secound night that we stay. All parking spaces were under video surveillance.

Very good location with great panorama of Nis. Parking available. Helpful and friendly staff. For me it was only stopover but I will surely come back for few days to visit Nis.

The studi was confortable, clean. It is ok for a transit night, if the hotel finds a solution at the load music from the bar, during night.
