It’s a nice small hotel with great location, 10 min walk from Negresco . Our room was very small but clean, towels can be changed every day! Staff is very friendly! Take into account that no lift in the building!

In front of the sea. Nice staff and a comfy bedroom. Very close to the tram and easy to go to the airport and city center. We had a very nice stay.

The hosts were so nice and kind. Very pleasant atmosphare. The location is excellent. Good public transportation, foodstore, restaurants nearby.

Great small hotel in a perfect location next to the beach and round the corner from the tram stop into the old town. Out of the hustle and bustle of the centre but easy to get to by tram or walking along the Promenade des Anglais. Comfortable rooms which are cleaned each day. Fans provided in rooms. Friendly, helpful staff, delicious breakfast on the balcony with views of the Mediterranean Sea 😊

We had the semi basement room and it was great. We didn’t have to access our room the hotel we could just walk from the side and enter into the room. The room was very spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was convenient, right across the beach and the train behind the building just a 5 min walk. Would definitely stay again.

This is a really nice place, the location is excelent, because the beach is front of the building, the tram just 2 minutes, and the bus is just 1 minutes. The owners are very helpful and kind. The room is a bit tiny , but enough.

I had a wonderful stay at this increadibly charming little hotel. Perfectly situated at seafront, just walk across the street to get to the beach. Clean and practical rooms, I even had beautiful sea view from my bed although I did not have a front facing room. Run by very pleasant and helpful people. Breakfast was very fresh and plentiful, and eating on the drawn back patio with views of the promenade and sea, was one the highlights of my trip.

Perfectly located, small and clean hotel, the owners are respectful hardworking people, rarely to encounter nowadays. The room was spacious, decorated with a lot of good taste and the furniture very useful, created and ergonomic placed so you could really place the clothes and shoes inside. The bathroom has a large douche, large sink and I loved the niche over the toilet, again a lot of space for placing cosmetics. Everything in the room was placed into the tourist help and utility. The best was the incredible view and balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee, looking and remembering people jogging on the Promenade des Anglais. It worth all the money. Imppecable service for cleanliness, sheets were looking like they were changed daily, that's how well the cleanliness personnel did the daily maintenance. I loved also the small decorative pillows with the sea star Mediterranean classy spirit. I also appreciated that when we arrived late in the night, the room was very cold. Also very easy check-in, the team provides all the instructions requested if you come later at night like we did.
