The staff greeted us very professionally and helpfully upon arrival. They explained how the hotel service worked (for example, no room service unless additionally paid if staying for less than 8 nights) and gave clear instructions on what was expected when checking-out. The room was clean and the facilities all worked well. The kitchenette was smaller than I expected (a little alcove in the wall) but had a cooker top, microwave, fridge, kettle, and all crockery and cutlery required. The location of the hotel was amazing. A 3-minute walk to the closest tram stop, an 8-minute walk to the closest bus stop, and a 15-minute walk to the train station. The reception area of the hotel was very calm and comfortable. They were also very accommodating for letting us leave our suitcases on our departure day at the hotel whilst we went around town.

The room has all the essentials in it. Comfortable beds with clean linen. There is a pool on the top level with some nice views of the area. No lounging chairs though. The aparthotel is in close proximity to a tram and bus stop. It is in walking distance to Garibaldi square. It is close to a supermarket and bakery.

Excellent position close to restaurants, tram and a 10 minute walk to the old town, despite the building work opposite the room was very quiet, breakfast was good too. Bonus the secure underground parking.
