The room was very clean and comfy with amazing city views (I was on the 12th floor). Everything you'd need was in the room; hairdryer, toiletries, water, iron and a coffee machine. The reception staff were very helpful when I asked for directions and recommendations. The cleaning staff were also very friendly in the morning when we spoke on the way out. I found it a relaxing hotel to stay in whilst being in such a central location in easy reach of all the sights.

very good room with roomy beds and nice bathroom. good but basic breakfast buffet. room was exquisitely cleaned by the housekeeping staff each morning. the location is good, on the edge of Chinatown, with 3 different subway stations nearby.

Location in Chinatown was good. Also the balcony on the 15th floor was great. The subway close by and staff were friendly.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the staff were incredibly helpful, No issue to small (extra coffee in room, arranging transfers etc) for them to handle. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of chinatown a 10 minute walk to little Italy. 30 mins walk to Statin Island ferry. 10 min walk to Lafayette for tourist bus. Room spacious and spotless, house keeping everyday. Breakfast was continental. Wide selection of bagels, pastries, waffles, cereals and fruit. Staff were always on had so nothing ever ran out.
