Location was great. Elevator was not as bad as people described. It is NYC and it is of course quite busy. Never waited more than 2 min for an elevator.

The hotel location was perfect. 10 minute walk to Times Square. The bell man (Carlos) was a life saver when our transfer didn’t turn up, he got us a taxi straight away. For a Hilton, the rooms were a bit dated. The lifts were a nightmare. The walls were paper thin and we were in a room right next to the cleaners store cupboard so woke a couple of times.

It was a great location, clean and they were super helpful with storing our luggage in the last day of the trip and arranging a ride to the airport

Good location - typical New york small rooms but just what you need. Rooftop bar was clearly being rebuilt when we went, but no information about this prior to booking, so we were unable to use it as it was so dark and literally leaking from the roof with boxes everywhere. We did have to move room due to uncleanliness, shower issue and a door broken but staff were accommodating and moved us to a different room. There was also supposed to be a daily room service which we didn't get and had to ask for fresh towels. Didn't feel the staff were overly helpful or friendly, had to ask a lot of questions to find out information and check out was just "drop your key there" with no information about payment, advice on getting to airport or anything I've seen from other hotels I've stayed at. Overall, it's not terrible but not exceptional.

Loved the comfortable beds and the view, especially at night. Disliked the noise of the lift pinging right outside the room door.

Location was good and staff were helpful. We did not dine there. The room was a little too small for 4 people sharing. Each day we had to request a 4th set of towels.

The beds were very comfortable, we slept well. The location was also very close to Times Square which was great. The room and bathroom were pretty clean too.
