The staff was very friendly and accomodating to requests. The restroom facilities were cleaned on a regular basis, however, they were very small.

It is a great option for a budget location. Of course it doesn‘t have a 4 star rating, but it is really good value for money and it appears to be well run. The staff is friendly and help and the breakfast is excellent! And the location is really good.

The hostels location is excellent. Just a few minute walk from subway and east village, union square, and even the west village. I stayed in a private room which was good and comfortable. It having a sink was a plus. The shared bathroom and shower were always clean, the hostel also gives you towels. The complimentary breakfast they serve is amazing too! They always have coffee, fruit, pastries, bread, donuts. Its a really good way to start the day. The heating in my room and overall in the hostel worked perfectly, and in the third floor there wasnt much noise, although you can always expect some.

The bed and breakfast was in a fantastic location. It was an easy and quick walk to the subway to the big sights like the brooklyn bridge and a 15min walk to Broadway and times square (which we walked to every day from there). It's a great central location with great food and coffee shops surrounding it. The breakfast was good and sometimes was busy due to the small kitchen but we just came back 5minutes later and it was fine. The facilities were shared but we never had to wait to use the bathroom longer than a couple of minutes and never had to wait for the shower. It was always really clean and the staff were so helpful! Honestly the perfect place to stay on a trip to NYC

location was great just near the flat iron building and the friends experience. The staff were really pleasant and helpful, the room was dated but clean and functional - and for the price excellent value. The facilities were good the toilet and bathroom super clean , and never busy despite being shared.Never used the games / computer room but there were lots of books and games and the kitchen was very well equiped. The breakfast looked great we didnt partake as my daughter is gluten free so we booked elsewherebut there was a great selection including fruits / cereal bars etc. We could also leave our luggage. There was a dresser in the hall with plug adapters, brollies to loan and left over toiletries if youre stuck.

Sparkling clean, simple but great facilities, friendly staff and fellow guests, close to subway, breakfast included, also has hairdryers, straighteners etc. Great price when every other manhattan accommodation was inflated due to Xmas. Would definitely stay here if we visit NYC again!
