We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely gorgeous, very spacious with an extremely comfortable bed. The whole hotel is beautiful. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff were amazing. Close to the Lodhi Gardens which are beautiful.

Location in the embassy area so very safe, near to Lodhi Gardens. Varied breakfast and super room. Occasional event on front lawn added interest.

I fell into the mattress, unbelievably comfy!! Great hotel, very clean and the staff are maybe too attentive! Lovely park/garden about 5-10min walk from the hotel for the 7am sunrise. Good food at restaurant. Lights and curtains all controlled by the centre console was neat. Only complaint i had (i think) a conjoining room, so I could hear someone talking but I used some earplugs and passed out.

Vishakha at the reception was brilliant. She was very informative and checked us in efficiently. Always with a welcoming smile. We look forward to coming back to the Claridges. The Thai restaurant was fantastic.
