Staff were courteous and respectful, specially housekeeping staff Satya and F&B manager Birendra and his team at the dinning area were very helpful. Food options at the breakfast and dinner buffet spread were excellent, catered for all kind of guests. Food was tasty. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

For Indian standards, it's a 5* hotel, no doubt, but it's a bit dated. I chose this hotel because I needed one near the airport as I headed out of Delhi by road the next day. The staff was friendly enough, but it was all rolled out in a service routine, except for the morning shift guy who went the extra mile and brought me my breakfast package while I was getting my motorbike ready. But overall it was all good.

Breakfast is amazing. The Asian restaurant Soy X Neung Roi is excellent, though expensive. It was the best meal we had in four weeks travelling around India.
