the hotel is absolutely superb. it is new and perfectly clean. it is very quiet at night! it is located very close to the city center. nearby you can find everything you need! From the hotel terrace in the morning you can admire the balloons. the staff is very attentive to our needs. help you with reservations for all attractions! Breakfast very varied and served impeccably. we will definitely come back. I recommend!!!

We had few problems in the beginning but the staff was very nice and solve all of our problems. They even surprised my girlfriend for her birthday with very nice cake and sing to her happy birthday 😁 Overall very nice experience!

Location to centre and to transportation area, Food , Staff everything was perfect !!! Highly recommended !!! I love that the room has a jacuzzi and sauna ! Cozy place to chill and stay. You can see the hot air balloons too in terrace
