This was an amazing hotel in a really interesting town. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast was also extensive.

Really nice location next to park. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is really good. Close to tram into Dusseldorf amd Neuss

Friendly staff, very helpful. Exterior belies the interior, don't be put off. Lovely hotel and rooms very good size, spotless, clean and within 10 mins walk from the town square. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Firstly, I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's location. Situated in the heart of Neuss, it was incredibly convenient for accessing local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The proximity made it easy to explore and enjoy the best the city of Neuss offers.

No A/C in the room but nice big doors to open to let some air in which was nice. Excellent Wifi, nice breakfast, was a shame to only have a single bed though. Overall I was very happy and would stay here again.
