The apartment is spacious. It has all the facilities as described in the booking. Location is walking distance to the metro, funicular and the port. It is surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. The staff are helpful and attended to all my queries before I booked and during our stay. Due to train delay our checkin was late but Osvaldo was patient to wait for us until we arrived at the property.

We were late but the person who welcomed us was understanding and responsive. We had contact until arriving. The Boundless housing team is very responsive and ready to tackle any problems you might have or answer any questions. The apartment has a clean kitchen with necessary kitchen- and tableware. Windows have blackout curtains so you can sleep in the dark. Washing machine with a dryer is a nice bonus and the apartment is accessible with an elevator. Safe location and in a walking distance from any major attraction or subway station. Supermarkets are close by. Easy check-out.
